What this form collects

Your name, email, project description and any optional company, budget, website, call preferences or attachment you provide. Do not send passwords, API keys, identification documents or private customer records.

How we use it

ALETHEON PTY LTD (ABN 89 700 756 707), trading as Aletheon and operated here by Quang Hien Le, uses these details to assess your enquiry, respond, arrange a call and prepare a scope. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in a separate Cloudflare database. Attachments are stored in a private Cloudflare bucket with no public download route. Email correspondence uses Google Workspace. If we agree on paid work, Stripe handles card payment information on its hosted page; this website does not collect card numbers.

These providers may process information outside Australia. Access to enquiries is limited to the project operator through authenticated provider tools and a private local tracker. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention and your choices

We review unsuccessful enquiries for deletion after 90 days. Active work and transaction records may need to be kept longer for delivery and recordkeeping. Email qhien@aletheon.systems to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern.

Technical data

The form uses a short-lived hash derived from your IP address to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in our enquiry table. Provider infrastructure may retain its own security logs. This site has no advertising trackers or marketing analytics cookies.
